I’m grateful to partner with Wipf and Stock to publish a new book: Walking Straight When Life Goes Sideways: Essential Christian Truths for Enduring Life’s Trials. Every Christian experiences suffering, but rarely are we prepared for it. My goal for this book is to provide two answers for two groups of people. First, people watching their loved ones endure suffering ask, “Why is this happening?” I answer this question in chapters two through four. Second, those who are enduring suffering ask, “How can I get through this suffering?” I answer that question in chapters five through seven.
